This 30-minute full-body practice is great for those who are healing from a knee injury, or in therapy for knee pain. However, be sure to consult with your doctor first to make sure that it is safe for you to practice yoga if you are recovering from a recent injury.
You will need a bolster, a blanket or a rolled up towel for today’s practice, and you may also wish to have a yoga block handy.
