4 Must-Know Yoga Poses for Beginners
Trying yoga for the first time? These are the first 4 yoga poses you should start with!

If you are new to yoga, the first 4 poses you will want to start with are:
1.) Mountain (Tadasana)
- Strengthens back muscles and encourages good posture.
2.) Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
- Stretches and energizes the entire back of your body from fingertips to heels.
3.) Plank (Kumbhaka)
- Strengthens core, arms, glutes, and hamstrings, and improves balance.
4.) Cobra (Bhujangasana)
