Kick off your home yoga retreat with this quick whole body opening flow!

If you’re creating your own home yoga retreat, you’ll likely want to find some good yoga videos to add to your lineup. You can, of course, go with your favorite yoga DVDs or an online course, or you can also find lots of good free yoga videos online, such as the ones found in our archives.

This quick flow is a great way to get your body warmed up and moving as you start off the day’s activities. In just 12 minutes, you’ll open your body and mind with a few breathing exercises, followed by some gentle asanas and a short meditation practice.

You can do this one to kick off the day, or just anytime you want quick yoga pick-me-up!
