Here’s a quick 12-minute yoga sequence that you can do from the comfort of your bed to release stress & tension & prepare for a great night of sleep!
This 12-minute yoga sequence will help you relax, release tensions from the day, and prepare for a restful night of sleep. It’s a great way to unwind after a busy and stressful day! Follow along to release tension in your neck, shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings, and more. The brief sequence ends with a restful Savasana pose, so you’ll be all ready to drift off to dreamland! You can also do this on a day when you’re feeling tired, ill, or just don’t have the energy to tackle a regular yoga class.
This class is designed to be practiced in bed, but you can also do it on a yoga mat if you prefer. Be sure to prepare for bed and put on some comfy pj’s first, as you’ll likely want to fall asleep right away as soon as you are finished. 🙂
