Our first “Weekly Workout” is designed especially for those beginning a yoga practice. This 15-minute beginner morning yoga session will give you a great taste of the benefits of yoga!
Welcome to our weekly yoga workouts! Be sure to check back here every Wednesday for a new workout. In general, we will focus more on shorter workouts that you can fit into your busy schedule, but we may have some longer, more comprehensive sessions as well. From beginner tips to advanced yogi moves, get ready for a great variety of fun, engaging, and empowering yoga sessions!
This 15-minute beginner yoga sequence is designed to center you, keep your body in balance and wake you up to start your day. No prior yoga experience is required for this session.
This beginner morning yoga video explains the benefits of each pose shown, and introduces you to some of the common terms and poses so you can begin to learn “the language of yoga.”
