This class will move with intention and precision, with a focus on honoring the changing energetic frequencies throughout the body as you move.
All you need is a yoga mat to take advantage of this class, and you don’t need to have prior experience with any specific type of yoga to benefit. (Beginner students may wish to have a yoga block or two handy.)
