This class contains a balanced mix of strength and flexibility poses to help to strengthen and energize your body, while releasing tension and tightness.

Shake off the residue of the previous day and start off your day on the right foot as you flow through this grounding and energizing flow. This class is suitable for all experience levels, though beginner students may wish to modify some of the poses if they are a bit too challenging.
