As we discussed Monday, the more often you do yoga, the more benefits you will receive! Starting a daily yoga practice is a wonderful goal, but it’s not always easy to stick with it, especially if you have to try to find a new yoga workout and fit it into your schedule (or make it to class) every day. That’s why it’s nice to have some short little yoga routines you can do at home on the days when you can’t make it to a formal class – or fit in a full-length workout session.
This morning yoga practice is a great example. It only takes 15 minutes, and you can do it right in the comfort of your own bedroom or living room. It’s a great way to start off the day, as it focuses on areas that should be worked on every day according to yogic principles, and it will give get your body moving, shake off any morning stiffness, and give both your body and mind a relaxing and energizing boost!
