With a particular focus on the neck and upper body – which often suffer the most if you work at a computer all day – this session will help to stretch your entire body, release tension and stiffness, and re-energize your body and mind – all in just 15 minutes!

You can practice this quick routine after work to help you relax and rejuvenate after a long day, before work to get your day off to a great start, or even at the office during a break or over lunch for a quick pick-me-up! Just keep a yoga mat in your trunk – or if you have nice carpets in your workspace, you can even do it without a mat. You may also wish to have a couple of blocks handy, but you can also use a few books stacked together if needed.
