Feeling tight, tense, stiff, or achy? Try this awesome 20-minute stretch sequence to loosen up! This is a great one to do daily if you spend a lot of time sitting or find yourself experiencing a lot of stiffness or soreness – especially in the lower body.
This all-levels class specifically targets the hamstrings, quads, and glutes with some deep and slow stretches. It’s great to do as a post-workout stretch sequence to prevent soreness after a workout, or as a stand-alone class anytime you need a little release or are feeling stiff and sore.
