This lovely gentle and grounding 20-minute yoga class focuses on the element of Earth, and is designed to help you develop a deeper connection both to your body and to the world around you.
Follow along with this slow and easy practice to release tension, stress and anxiety, and release tight muscles especially in your back and lower body. Find a deeper connection to the Earth and the peace within yourself as you flow through these grounded and mindful poses, releasing stress, tension, and worry, and allowing your body to heal itself naturally.
This session is suitable for all levels, though beginners may want to follow the modifications suggested.
