This intermediate-level power yoga class will help energize your body as you flow though a number of yoga poses designed to strengthen your entire body, improve flexibility, and help to ground and center yourself.

This 20-minute power yoga flow will help you shake off the negative energies of the day and find the peace within you as you focus on breathing your body through the movements in a continually flowing sequence. You will also enjoy some unique and beneficial poses that you don’t see all the time such as Star Pose and Three-Legged Dog.

Suggested modifications are provided if any of the poses are too tough for you. This class is suitable for intermediate-level students and beyond, although beginners may also enjoy modified versions of the exercises.
