For example, today’s yoga class is designed to stimulate your digestive system and promote detoxification as you flow through a sequence of energizing yoga twists and core exercises. Twists are especially known for massaging your internal organs and stimulating digestion. This 20-minute workout does double duty as it also works your midsection to help tone and sculpt your waist and abdominal region.

This class is suitable for all levels, though beginners may wish to follow suggested modifications. Be sure to do this one on an empty stomach, or at least 3 hours after eating.
