This short sequence will take you through some of the typical moves and techniques you’ll find in a full-length Baptiste yoga class to heat the body, synchronize breath with movement, and relieve stress, anxiety, and tension.

For an authentic experience, you may wish to practice in a warm room, but if that’s not possible, you can certainly practice in any location of your choice.
