Halloween is this weekend, and in honor of this spooky holiday, we’re sharing a fun “Moon Salutation” flow! This class will build strength and flexibility throughout your body, and help get rid of those scary thoughts that can sometimes take over our minds. (Starting a regular yoga practice has been found to help with anxiety and depression.)

This flow also helps to shift your perspective by bringing your awareness into the present moment, releasing tension, and centering your energy for a more positive and creative outlook.
