[Weekly Workout] 30-Minute Restorative Yin Yoga Flow

Release, relax, and let go with this 30-minute restorative Yin yoga flow!

As we discussed earlier this week, restorative yoga is a great way to relax and recharge both your body and mind. Yin Yoga, with its long, slow holds and deep stretches, is the perfect match for those in need of some restoration!

This week’s restorative Yin Yoga flow is a hybrid of Yin and restorative yoga practices. This 30-minute class is designed to help you slow down, restore your body and mind, and feel good – no matter what age, shape, size, or level of experience you may find yourself at!

Unlike many restorative yoga classes, this session doesn’t require a lot of props, so don’t worry about having to have a bunch of equipment on hand. You may wish to have a couple of yoga blocks and one bolster or pillow for supported Savasana at the end, but these are optional, so if you don’t have them, don’t worry. All you really need is a yoga mat and 30 minutes to enjoy the stretching and stress-relieving benefits of this awesome flow!
