I don’t know about you, but sometimes in the cold, dark days of winter I just want to relax and stretch rather than do a hard, energetic workout. This week’s workout is a restorative Yin Yoga practice that is great for those lower-energy days when you just feel like you need to give your body some TLC. This is also a good one to do if you are recovering from an injury and can’t do a full workout yet.
You will need a few props for this session, including 2 yoga blocks and at least one bolster plus a rolled blanket, so be sure to check out our yoga store if you don’t have what you need already.
