Got cabin fever? Feeling the late-winter blahs? Give this restorative yoga class a try!

This 26-minute restorative yoga class is perfect for awakening your energy and giving your mind and body a fresh start for spring! This is also a great class to do whenever you’re feeling a lot of stress or tension, or you just need some loving self-care.

During this gentle class, you will focus on opening your heart center and experiencing a sense of deep calm and relaxation as you release all of your muscles with some long, slow stretches. You will end with a supported Savasana to leave yourself feeling relaxed, revitalized and rejuvenated inside and out!

You may wish to have a strap, a blanket, and a bolster handy for this yoga class, as well as, of course, a yoga mat.
