This relaxing bedtime yoga routine will help prepare your mind and body for sleep.

Do you have trouble sleeping? If so, you may have been told not to work out close to bedtime, so that your body will have time to cool down in preparation for sleep. While this is true, a few gentle yoga exercises can actually be beneficial and help ready your body and mind for sleep.

This unique bedtime yoga routine is a great example. It is designed to be done on your bed, so you don’t even need a mat for these relaxing yoga exercises! No yoga experience is required for this gentle, beginner routine, which will gently stretch the backs of the legs, hips, and torso to prepare your body for a deep, restful night of sleep.
