In week 2 of this beginner Kundalini yoga series, we will be focusing on moves that help with weight loss and also provide a great energy boost. This sequence is designed to release stored fat and toxins from the body, while boosting your metabolism to increase your body’s fat burning potential and improve your energy throughout the day.

As with last week’s class, you can do this sequence either on the floor or while seated in a chair. You don’t need any prior experience to do this class, although you may wish to do the Week 1 session first to get the basics if you are new to Kundalini yoga.
