Welcome back to the beginner Kundalini yoga basics series! This week’s focus is on energy, flexibility, and weight loss. This is the fourth class in the series, so be sure to check out the other classes if you haven’t already. (See links below the video.)

This week expands our focus to help improve your flexibility throughout your body, while building energy and boosting your metabolism at the same time. As with the other classes in this series, you don’t need any prior yoga or Kundalini experience to participate.

You will, however, want to have a yoga strap or a rolled up towel handy for this one.
