To get the most from this (or any) yoga class, be sure to listen to your body, and let yourself go with the flow, without stress or strain. Focus on your breathing as you move fluidly from one pose to the next, uniting movement with breath.

This is a great one to do at the end of a stressful day to relax and unwind and find your center. You can also do this as a cool-down and stretch session after a more intense class or workout.
