Flow through this energizing and detoxifying yoga fusion workout to release tension, flush toxins from your body, and build strength and flexibility throughout your body. This workout focuses particularly on the hamstrings and hips – two areas of the body that are particularly susceptible to tightness, stiffness, and pain, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting.
This flowing yoga sequence will heat up and detoxify the body with some Kundalini-inspired standing twists and breathing exercises, and then proceed to open up the hamstrings and IT band with a Vinyasa session. You will finish with a heart-opening Yin posture to energize your spirit and connect you to the greater whole. This is an awesome practice that accomplishes a lot in just 30 minutes!
