Welcome to the New Year!  Enjoy this 20-minute candlelit evening yoga flow to release the stress and tension that can come with the holiday season, and build a strong, balanced foundation for the year ahead.

This class will focus on building strength in the core and lower body, along with some detoxifying twists that will help you release stuck energy and end your day in a calm and peaceful state of mind.

All you will need for this class is a yoga mat, although you can feel free to light some candles or turn on some twinkle lights for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere if you like!
