As we discussed on Monday, yoga is becoming more popular among men in the Western world, and with good reason! There are many beneficial effects that yoga can provide for people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and genders.

This week’s class focuses particularly on building functional strength and power. While it’s a male-oriented class, women can, of course, benefit from it as well, so ladies, feel free to join in! This contains some great exercises for increasing your upper body strength, so it’s also a good preparatory class for those practicing arm balance poses.
