This 35-minute intermediate Vinyasa flow yoga class will help to stretch and strengthen your entire body as you flow through a sequence of beginner to intermediate yoga poses. This is a great class for transitioning from beginner to intermediate in your yoga practice!
Remember to focus on your breath and use your breath to guide your movements as you feel each muscle and joint expand and contract, flex and release.
All you really need for this class is a yoga mat, but beginners may wish to have a yoga block and/or strap handy.
