Hatha yoga is the most popular form of yoga in the West, and if you’ve ever taken a yoga class, odds are, you’ve done Hatha yoga. This practice focuses on performing yoga poses or asanas, together with learning to breathe deeply and concentrate on energy moving through your body as you breathe and move through each pose.
