This week in our Hatha Yoga Joy workout series, you’ll flow through a lovely, joyful, heart-opening full-body stretch sequence designed to boost your joy and bring positive energy and healing into your life! The focus of this class is to learn how to open ourselves up and and let the natural joy in your heart radiate out to the world around you.

All you need is a yoga mat, and while this class is suitable for all levels, it does include some gentle back-bend poses, so use caution and modify or skip any pose that doesn’t feel good to you, especially if you have any back pain or back injuries.
