Welcome to the final week in our Hatha Yoga Joy series! We hope you have enjoyed the series, and please feel free to view the archives if you missed any of the classes. You can also find more classes in this series on this YouTube channel.
This week, rather than a physical workout, we’re wrapping up with a 15-minute guided meditation to calm and relax your mind as you tap into your inner joy. You may wish to sit on a meditation cushion or a couple of folded blankets to make this more comfortable. You can also perform the meditation while seated in a chair.
