We’re wrapping up our Kundalini yoga series this week with a workout for your mind! Many Kundalini yoga sequences include a meditation. When combined with physical exercises or a kriya sequence along with breath practices, this makes Kundalini a very well-rounded form of yoga with benefits for all parts of your being – body, mind, and spirit.

This Kundalini yoga meditation is designed to decrease stress throughout your body and activate your intuition to make it easier to access your inner wisdom. This meditation includes a specific Kundalini breathing pattern to help stimulate your “third eye” or Ajna chakra, which is associated with inner awareness and wisdom. You don’t need any prior experience with Kundalini (or any other yoga, for that matter) to benefit from this 15-minute practice.

All you need is a quiet place where you can relax, and 15 minutes to reset your body and mind and tap into your inner wisdom!
