Enjoy this morning Kundalini yoga sequence to boost your energy & give you a great start to the day!

Whether you’re new to Kundalini yoga, or have been practicing for a while, this week’s session is a great way to boost your energy and appreciate all the other wonderful benefits of Kundalini yoga! You’ll experience some of the common kriya sequences, as well as breath techniques like the famous “Breath of Fire,” and finish up with a meditation for energy and radiance.

This 45-minute morning Kundalini yoga class is suitable for all experience levels, but it can be fairly intense – especially if you’re new to this form of yoga, so take it slow, listen to your body, and work at your own pace.
