It’s the start of a new year, and to kick things off, I thought we’d start with a short yoga series featuring my absolute favorite yoga style – Kundalini!

This type of yoga is powerful, energetic, and introspective, which makes it the perfect way to begin the New Year feeling strong and connected. Stay tuned all month for new classes every Wednesday in this powerful New Year Kundalini yoga series, and be sure to share with friends who may enjoy them as well!

We’re kicking off the series with a powerful Kundalini kriya for energy and prosperity. This sequence involves a yoga flow combined with mantras, meditation, and Pranayama to boost your energy and bring abundance into your life this year. The 30-minute yoga sequence includes traditional Kundalini kriyas which are designed to help you connect with your inner power and attract positive energy and prosperity.

If you’re not familiar with Kundalini yoga, you may find some of these practices a bit strange at first, but hang in there and embrace the challenge, and I think you will find it to be one of the most energizing, refreshing, and rewarded forms of yoga you’ve tried!
