[Weekly Workout] Yoga for Office Workers
Relieve pain and stiffness caused by sitting at a desk all day with this flowing yoga sequence for office workers.
If you’re like most people, you probably spend more time sitting than you should. For office workers who spend most of their day sitting at a desk, the result can be bad posture, tight hips and hamstrings, and upper body stiffness and pain.
This flowing Vinyasa yoga sequence was designed to alleviate these problems by opening the upper body and hips, and improving total body flexibility.
You will need a yoga mat for this workout, but if you’re really stiff, you may wish to have a block and a strap on hand as well. Do this either in the morning or after a long day at the office, or both for best results!
