In today’s fast-paced world, it isn’t surprising that a lot of us don’t have the time to do as much yoga as we would like! I find it very helpful to have a variety of yoga classes of different lengths bookmarked or on DVD so that I can always have one handy to fit my schedule.

This month, we’ll be sharing a sequence of yoga classes starting from just over 10 minutes long all the way up to a full hour class. You can do these in order, progressing to a longer workout each week, or bookmark these for future reference and choose whichever one best suits your schedule on any given day.

We are starting with this 10-minute beginner yoga flow led by yoga master Sharath Jois. No matter how busy you are, in less than 15 minutes you can experience many of the wonderful benefits of yoga as you flow through this beginner sequence of heating poses, followed by a brief meditation to quiet your mind and find your inner calm.
