[Weekly Workout] Yoga Progression – Week 3: 30-Minute Yoga for Breath & Balance

This 30-minute yoga session will help improve your balance and stamina.

This is a great yoga class for when you only have 30 minutes, but you want a comprehensive yoga workout that will stretch, strengthen, and energize your entire body. The focus in this class is on breath and balance to help you build strength and stability to prepare you for a more challenging practice.

This sequence builds on the 10-minute and 20-minute sessions that we shared earlier this month, so be sure to check those out if you missed them!

The class is suitable for all levels of experience, but remember to tailor each exercise to your own comfort and experience level per the variations shown by each student in the video.
